Account Manager
Will be responsible for attracting customers for InvestBraga's own fairs and events, ensuring their reception and the implementation of activities inherent to its implementation, in order to meet objectives and customer satisfaction, with teamwork.
Job Description:
- Attract clients, with particular focus on InvestBraga's own events - Fairs, identifying the most efficient strategies, the most appropriate means and channels of communication.
- Monitor customers, from the preparation of the contract, until the payment of contracted services, with the respective follow-up.
- Measure and produce daily/weekly reports with indicators of the activity performed.
- Manage the contract archive and information related to customer acquisition processes.
- Act as the first point of contact between the client and the company.
- Support the commercial activity, as a team, in the follow-up of customers.
Profile:
- Education Level: 12th grade, with appreciation if you have a degree.
- Proven experience in the areas of the position or related areas [send as an attachment to the resume].
- Knowledge and experience with the following tools: Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows.
- Excellent oral and written command of the Portuguese and English languages.
- Knowledge of management platforms.
- Organizational and planning capacity.
- Ability to prepare and manage budgets.
- Flexible working hours.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, positive attitude and team integration skills.
