CONGRESS ROOM
The Congress Room, located on the 1st floor of the Congress Centre, is driven by the concepts of flexibility and adaptability, allowing elastic management of any type of event.
This modular space, with a total area of 450sqm and a high ceiling of 3.50m, is the perfect room to implement the layout that best suits your event. With or without seating, it is common to receive presentations, exhibitions, conferences, lunches or dinners, training, kick-offs, among other events.
This room can be divided into 5 independent rooms and completely soundproofed with different areas, through a system of modular partitions. This allows creating different configurations, with a high degree of adaptability to the needs of each event.
Its system of modular electrical partitions allows to create, from a single room, several different geometries:
- 1 room with 450sqm
- 3 rooms of 150sqm each
- 4 rooms of 75sqm each and 1 room of 150sqm
- 2 rooms of 75sqm each and 1 room of 300sqm
In the presented layouts, the Congress Room seats up to a maximum of 420 seats in a theatre style, 300 in banquet style, 200 in a school style and 90 in a U-shape meeting. This room also allows you to receive a cocktail service up to a maximum of 680 people standing or, also, a fair or exhibition with modular stands up to a maximum of 30 modules of 2.5m by 2.5m.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
The Congress Hall has a flat floor, and has a system of electric modular partitions, allowing a variety of settings. The space is fully air-conditioned with wi-fi coverage and has excellent acoustics.
Access can be via stairs or lift.
