Altice Forum Braga Small Auditorium will be, on September 11th, the stage for the international seminar “Business Tourism: A Lever of Country Development”. This is an event of special importance since it will be a moment to celebrate the 1st anniversary of the inauguration of Altice Forum Braga.
Francisco Quereda (Spain), director of the Malaga Convention Bureau and member of the board of the Iberian Chapter of the ICCA; and Elling Hamso (Norway), managing partner of the Event ROI Institute, open the first panel to discuss the impact of Business Tourism on a country's economy.
The second panel will discuss the strategy for Business Tourism in Portugal, where the presence of Ricardo Valente, chairman of the Porto Tourism Association - Convention & Visitors Bureau; Altino Bessa, Councillor for Tourism at the Braga City Council; and Pedro Quelhas Brito, professor at the Faculty of Economics of the UP.
At around 1 pm, a mural will be inaugurated composed of thousands of tiles with the registration of the hands of those who were present at the Open Days a year ago. The mural brings together in one space an important moment in the Altice Forum Braga history, which will last in time.
