Account Manager
Goals/Mission:
- Define the company's commercial strategy, based on the goals and objectives defined by the Administration
- Manage the material and human resources at its disposal, ensuring compliance with the objectives defined annually, as well as ensuring the follow-up and monitoring of human resources activities
Job Description:
- Plan, direct and coordinate the activity of your team, in accordance with established global policies;
- Elaboration and implementation of the strategic plan, activity plan and budget of the business unit and support strategies for the fulfillment of the objectives defined by the administration;
- Regular elaboration of an activity report and respective analysis of the map of previously defined activity indicators, with monthly follow-ups;
- Apply the quality policy and ensure compliance with the company's QMS procedures;
- Apply the environmental management and sustainability policy in force in the company;
- Search for new business opportunities, products and customers, regularly analyzing the market and competition;
- Implementation of customer loyalty strategies;
- Ensure the necessary articulation with the operational area of the same business area
- Support in all decision-making with relevant information, analysis of indicators and consequent improvement actions
- Definition of annual objectives and incentive systems, in articulation with the company's global objectives;
- Identification and development of commercial partnerships;
- Collaborate in the implementation of marketing and communication plans;
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of subcontracting services;
Access Conditions:
- Bachelor's/Master's
- Academic education;
Technical Skills:
- Project/Activity Management;
- Budget Management;
- Advanced computer skills (Excel, and others)
Specific Knowledge:
- Minimum experience of 3 years in leadership roles and management of commercial teams;
- Good written and verbal expression skills;
- Knowledge of foreign languages, preferably English and Spanish;
- Knowledge of public procurement processes and procedures;
- Knowledge of process management, negotiation, planning and organization;
- Flexibility of hours;
